Return and exchange policy
By placing an order on our store, you agree to the following Return and Refund Policy:
1. Damaged or Defective Products
If the product is delivered damaged, defective, or not in usable condition, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear evidence (photos or videos).
In such cases, we will replace the product with a new item of identical specifications and quality, at no additional cost to the customer.
Refunds are not applicable for damaged items when a replacement is provided.
2. Product Non-Conformity With Description (Refund Eligible)
If the product does not conform to the specifications or characteristics explicitly stated in the official product description, the customer may request a full refund.
Refunds will be processed only after verification that the product fails to meet the stated description.
3. Customer Misinterpretation of Product Information (No Refund)
Refunds will not be issued if the customer’s dissatisfaction is due to personal expectations, assumptions, or features not expressly mentioned in the product description.
Failure to read or understand the product description does not constitute valid grounds for a refund.
4. General Conditions
Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging unless defective.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund or replacement request that does not comply with this policy.
